A duo that mainly improvises freely and surprises the audience over and over again, therefore their concert title is always Listen Now.

Esther Flückiger and Lukas Ligeti bring to life a collaboration born out of the meeting of focal points and strident ones in different stylistic domains, in search of new rules and new freedoms in composed and comprovvised music.

The established characteristics of the duo in this project abound: tight, twisting, rotating, sometimes incendiary dialogues in constantly evolving themes and motifs from classical, ethnic, through pop and rock, and from funky to jazz.

The spark of inspiration in this project leads to creation, risk-taking, spiritual connection and development through various sequences as the title states.

Listen Now is a program that solicits emotions and senses on various levels. Music, where there is no shortage of exciting Pindaric flights, rhythmic density, fiery explosions, elegant souplesse and ironic seriousness.
