On this CD, Esther Flückiger has set two Mani Matter songs in a four-part a cappella version,“Dr Alpeflug” and “Arabisch”.  

The new arrangements remain close to the monophonic original, nestling into the simple melodies and the vivid, concise lyrics. Flückiger has received much praise and recognition from the press for her realization.

The other arrangements have been set to music by other well-known Swiss composers.
